Jordan, I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your recent work for us. We have had the DogWatch system since the mid-90's and continue to enjoy the benefits over 20 years later! Unfortunately for us, our pets did not last as long as the dog fence has, but to date we have trained 7 dogs and a cat on the system without any issues. The lifetime warranty of the product is the second-best aspect of being a DogWatch customer. By far the best aspect is the service that your company has provided to us for those 20 years.
Whenever we need a battery for one of our collars, we receive it in the mail the next day. Whenever we (stupidly) cut the wire while doing landscaping, we see the big van with the dog on the side pull up to our house that afternoon to fix it! We have relied so heavily on this system to keep our pets safe and you truly have exceeded our expectations with the service that you guys have provided. Many companies work hard to attain your business, but do nothing to maintain it. DogWatch is NOT one of those companies. Thanks again for keeping our dogs happy, and more importantly, keeping us happy knowing they are safe!

I don't mean to sound dramatic when I say that the DogWatch Hidden Fence system has truly changed our lives. After being dragged down by our dog, I had to have surgery and pins put in my wrist. My husband and I could not risk taking our dog out on the leash anymore; so the time came to either get a fence or get rid of the dog.
After the initial consultation with Jordan, I knew we were making the right choice. He was prompt, professional in appearance, and so courteous as he answered our four hundred questions about, well, pretty much anything and everything we could think of. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product he was selling and it made perfect sense for us to get the fence installed.
Less than a week after the installation, I was able to allow my dog to be outside off leash and enjoying the yard without worrying about my personal safety, or that of the dog! We have watched her chase deer and come to a screeching halt right before the line. After several months of watching this, it still amazes me how well this product works! I wish we would have done it sooner! Thanks so much for making such a big difference in our lives!

Jordan is awesome to deal with and very thorough with these systems. Our neighbors constantly comment on how well it does with our dogs, and we have a pit bull and big chocolate lab! If you're considering an in-ground fence, Jordan is your man!

I highly recommend dog watch. The invisible fence has worked for both my border collie Xe and my American bulldog. Jordan Goes above and beyond to meet your needs and answer any questions you have he is all some to work with. Without an invisible fence I would not be able to have my dogs I have had the invisible fence and stalled for about 3 or 4 years now and I am so pleased I have never had a problem with my dogs going out of the yard they are free to run around and get the exercise they need thank you Jordan for the wonderful job that you do

Beyond Expectations! We contacted DogWatch to install a fence for our very protective, 80 lb lab mutt & were scheduled for an initial consultation almost instantly. We decided to enclose a relatively large area of land & expected a large bill, but were pleased that what we wanted was reasonably pried. Jordan (owner) installed the fence shortly following and taught us how to train our dog to use it properly. Our dog took to the rules of the fence quickly following Jordan's instructions for training, and has never crossed the fence (we've been using the system for 2 years) & she is taunted by the 30+ deer, birds & other small game that frequent our property. Bonus, we were contacted BEFORE our battery life expired to remind us that we may need a new one soon, which was particularly awesome to me because I am incredibly forgetful & would have been scrambling to get a battery after it died & taking my big old pup out to potty on a leash in the mean time. I am a veterinarian in Schuylkill County PA and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with both the product and service offered by DogWatch. I have owned the competition as well as Dog Watch. In my mind there is no competition. Dog Watch is a superior product. I love the ability to make my own adjustments in barrier width, correction, etc. No product is truly great without service to back it up. Originally, before there was a representative in this area, Bob Leed provided excellent service. Now, I am thrilled to have Jordan Fetzer in our area carrying on the legacy of great service. My fence has been down twice. Both times the line was inadvertently cut- once by the farmer who farms my property and the other when the crew who paved my driveway cut through the line. Jordon was VERY quick to respond both times and have me back up and running. Other than that, the product has been flawless. My dogs LOVE having the freedom. Allowing them the freedom to run in our yard and play means better behavior in the house. It is a win-win. Excellent product, excellent service. You cannot beat DogWatch.
